Hexagonal Stool from Old Japan

Here’s a fun recycling project — turn those 1 or 2 quart milk/juice cardboard cartons into a sturdy but lightweight stool or ottoman! You’ll find lots of uses for both sizes: a child’s seat, a footstool for those hours at the computer or sewing machine, a stepstool for the kitchen, or even a small coffee table! This project will give you a chance to combine simple craft and sewing skills, and your choice of cover fabric will let you personalize your project.
