1. How do I print out the calendars, coupons, etc. ?

Any of the pages in the right frame can be printed by just putting your cursor over the frame, right click, and select "print" from the popup menu.

The print versions of the calendars and coupons use Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf) to display the pages. PDF files are about 1/5 the size of HTML documents, so the load on your computer significantly faster for our customers with modem connections.

The PDF file opens in a separate frame, and you'll need to use the print icon in that screen to print ( not the printer icon in the main screen). See below.

2. Why don't I see the latest updated pages ?

Computers usually cache any web page you visit so that the page loads faster the next time you go there. So what you see is not the most recently updated page, but the one you loaded previously. You can set your preferences in your browser to get the most recent page.

We've also just added some code to the web site that will automatically upload the most recent pages.

When in doubt, or you're just not sure, just hit the "reload", or "refresh " button to get the most recent page.

3. How come I'm not getting the monthly email notices ?

The main reason is that your email address is probably wrong. It's a common error to mistype an email address . We look at each returned or undelivered email and try to make corrections wherever possible. Unfortunate there's not much we can do when we get an error message like:

-- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors --
-- 550 MAILBOX NOT FOUND
-- Recipient address rejected: User unknown.
--554 Error: no valid recipients
-- Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table)

In addition some business servers such as Xerox, won't accept our emails. You need to use a home, not an office address.

If you change your email address let us know, or resubmit the emember form.

4. Other items of interest:

- We've just made some changes that allow Apple computer users to load the pages without some of the problems they've had in the past. So Apple users can now enjoy the same experience as PC users.
